Each of our clients is unique. They have varying policies, patient populations and needs. We work to customize our services to match each practices' needs. One way we accomplish this is to assign a primary biller to each practice. This gives you a constant point of contact and a person who understands your policies and how you want your patients treated. We establish local telephone numbers for each practice rather than toll free "800" numbers. This increases the patients' comfort level when calling about a bill.
