The foundation of our service is our daily billing management. Using a state of the art computer system our staff manages the daily processing of patient charges. Your office need only supply us with a patient registration form and a super bill (or surgical report) and we handle the rest. All the coding, data entry, and billing is handled by our staff. From electronically billing insurance carriers to direct billings of self pay patients, we see that your charges are processed on a timely basis. Receipts are deposited into the practice's own bank account on a daily basis. Even the postage, forms and telephone expenses are included in our service.
